Box (BOX) and IBM (IBM) said Tuesday they are collaborating in an effort to help businesses adopt enterprise artificial intelligence for managing and analyzing content more effectively.
The companies said they are combining Box AI with IBM's watsonx platform to to provide insights from unstructured data like contracts and spreadsheets securely.
The collaboration allows Box customers to use IBM's AI models for tasks such as data extraction, document processing, and content analysis. IBM is already using this AI integration internally, and now Box is offering it to enterprise clients, the companies added.
Box AI with IBM watsonx is now available to Box Enterprise Advanced customers through Box AI Studio and APIs. IBM, as a Box reseller, will offer this integrated solution along with its business-ready AI models, the companies added.
