【西班牙首相誓言彻查大停电事件】金十数据4月30日讯，西班牙首相桑切斯4月29日表示，西班牙政府将彻底调查本次大规模停电事件。目前，西班牙和葡萄牙供电已基本恢复，但停电原因仍待查究。西班牙能源部4月28日晚曾发声明称，格林尼治时间4月28日10时33分左右，电网供电量在5秒钟内下降15吉瓦，但声明没有解释骤然失电的原因。桑切斯表示，15吉瓦相当于该时段全国日常耗电量的60%，突然失电的原因尚不可知，目前不排除任何假设。而对于外界怀疑电网遭到人为破坏的传言，欧洲理事会主席科斯塔和葡萄牙国家网络安全中心都表示，无迹象表明西葡因网络攻击大停电。
