【英特尔：18A制程节点今年将实现正式量产】金十数据4月30日讯，当地时间4月30日，英特尔宣布了包含18A-P、14A等在内的最新制程技术路线图。英特尔CEO陈立武表示，Intel 18A预计将在2025年下半年实现量产爬坡，基于该制程节点的首款产品，代号为Panther Lake，将于2025年年底推出。而Intel 18A-P的早期试验晶圆目前已经开始生产。此外，英特尔亚利桑那州的 Fab 52 工厂已完成Intel 18A的流片。
