April 30 (Reuters) - Ibersol SGPS SA :: *SAID ON TUESDAY FY TURNOVER 474.4 MILLION EUROS, UP 13.4% YOY *FY EBITDA 95.7 MILLION EUROS, UP 29.9% YOY *FY NET PROFIT FOR CONTINUING OPERATIONS 11.0 MILLION EUROS, DOWN 24.7% YOY *BOARD PROPOSES DISTRIBUTION OF 0.7 EUROS DIVIDEND PER SHARE *GROUP'S COST STRUCTURE WAS PENALIZED BY DELAY IN PROCESS OF OPENING AND CONVERTING TEMPORARY RESTAURANTS INTO A PERMANENT FORMAT IN CONCESSIONS AT AIRPORTS OF MADRID, LANZAROTE, TENERIFE, MALAGA AND BARCELONA *EXPECTS TO COMPLETE CONVERSION OF ALL RESTAURANTS INTO DEFINITIVE FORMATS AND CONCEPTS BY END OF MAY 2025 *WILL CONTINUE WITH OUR EXPANSION PLANS, PARTICULARLY FOR THE KFC AND PRET A MANGER BRANDS
