上证报中国证券网讯 4月29日晚间，申万宏源发布一季报显示，今年前三月公司实现营业收入54.79亿元，较上年同期下降3.54%，归属于上市公司股东的净利润为19.77亿元，同比增长42.50%，扣非后的净利润为19.51亿元，同比上涨47.41%，展现出良好的发展态势。

公告显示，全资子公司申万宏源证券有限公司年初至报告期末实现归属于母公司股东的净利润人民币22.06亿元，同比增长36.76%，这对公司整体业绩增长起到了重要支撑作用。其中投资银行业务手续费净收入为3.07亿元，同比增长79.40%，主要得益于证券承销业务收入的增加。

从风险控制指标来看，以公司所属申万宏源证券有限公司母公司数据计算，报告期内公司的风险控制指标持续符合中国证监会《证券公司风险控制指标管理办法》的有关规定。其中，风险覆盖率为403.36%，较上年度末增加19.32个百分点；资本杠杆率为19.02%，较上年度末增加1.65个百分点。这显示出公司在业务发展的同时，注重风险管控，保持了较好的风险抵御能力。（姜靖）
