消息面上，天工国际的控股子公司天工股份(920068)已于4月28日启动在北交所上市的新股申购。据悉，天工股份以配售及发行方式发行最多6900万股新股，占经扩大股本10.52%，此次上市所募集的全部资金将用于公司年产3000吨高端钛及钛合金棒、丝材生产线项目的建设，建成后公司的产能将从7000吨提升至10000吨。
东北证券指出，天工国际是全球特钢细分龙头，主营业务涵盖模具钢、高速钢、切削工具和钛合金，四大业务协同发展。该行认为，公司被传统钢铁行业标签掩盖了其高端特钢制造商的本质，抗周期属性未被挖掘；公司有望受益于高端制造需求爆发红利，以“材料+科技”双核优势卡位高端制造，打破国外垄断。
