4月30日金融一线消息，中国人民银行恩施州分行行政处罚决定信息公示表显示，湖北恩施农村商业银行股份有限公司未按规定报送大额交易报告或者可疑交易报告，与身份不明的客户进行交易，被罚款41万元。

　　谢某英（时任湖北恩施农村商业银行股份有限公司运营服务部副总经理）对该行未按规定报送大额交易报告或者可疑交易报告负有责任，被罚款1.1万元。
