　　陈炯介绍，贝壳在 AI 应用实践中取得多项成果：通过AI整合后端、前端与测试岗位，提升产研效率，大幅缩短交付周期；通过 AI 布道师推动 AI 普惠，组织 AI 大赛孵化出夸夸机器人、喜报生成器等智能体，助力业务场景优化；推出“孙小圣”助手，替代人工完成经营管理中的重复工作，还能提供情绪价值；运用“绘练”模拟客户角色，辅助经纪人训练，提升服务质量。
