消息面上，津上机床中国近期公告，2024财年公司预期录得归母净利润7.82亿元，同比+60%。公司业绩增长主要受益于国内制造业信心逐步恢复，包括汽车行业、气动液压行业、一般机械加工行业的资本开支增长，同时公司持续努力拓展汽车零部件细分领域、医疗行业等增加渗透，导致对公司高精密机床需求量增加。
值得注意的是，公司全资附属津上精密机床(浙江)有限公司与平湖经济技术开发区管理委员会近期就拟通过公开拍卖方式收购位于平湖经济技术开发区的公司的第四工厂相邻地块达成协议。为提高公司产能，拟于该土地上建造新生产工厂，新设施有助于公司满足汽车以及人形机器人及人工智能行业等下游行业快速发展所带来的对数控高精密机床日益增长的需求。
