Wabash Swings to Q1 Loss, Cuts Guidance; Shares Fall

Wabash National (WNC) reported Q1 adjusted loss Wednesday of $0.58 per diluted share, compared with earnings of $0.39 a year earlier.

Two analysts polled by FactSet expected a loss of $0.28.

Net sales for the quarter ended March 31 were $380.9 million, down from $515.3 million a year earlier. Two analysts polled by FactSet expected $409.9 million.

For full year 2025, Wabash said it cut its guidance for revenue to about $1.8 billion and adjusted EPS to a loss of $0.85 to $0.35.

Analysts expected EPS of $0.59 on revenue of $1.87 billion.

Shares were down more than 25% in recent trading.
