智通财经APP讯，瑞安建业(00983)公布，于 2025 年 4 月 30 日，该公司向陈庆全先生发出认购期权通知及转让通知，要求其出售并转让一整股 SOCON 股份(占 SOCON 已发行股本 0.5%)(不带任何产权负担)予公司，代价约为 874 万港元。
据悉，SOCON 集团主要于香港及澳门从事建筑、装修及保养工程。
收购事项乃按买卖协议内认购期权及承诺契约的条款进行，使公司于陈庆全先生终止受雇后恢复拥有彼所持的 SOCON 股份权益。
