智通财经APP讯，百得利控股(06909)发布公告，于2025年4月29日，北京百得利集团(本公司间接全资附属公司)与北京燕宝订立燕宝资产转让协议，北京燕宝同意出售而北京百得利集团同意购买目标资产。
目标资产包括位于中国北京市北京经济技术开发区宏达北路26号的燕宝4S经销店的机器及设备以及办公设备。
本集团力争巩固其作为中国领先豪华及超豪华汽车经销服务供应商的市场地位，并把握汽车市场机遇。董事认为目标资产位于策略性位置，可供本集团扩大其目前在北京经营的宝马品牌经销网络。本集团目前正在就于北京经营燕宝4S经销店向宝马品牌汽车制造商申请授权。因此，收购目标资产符合本集团扩大其豪华及超豪华汽车经销网络的策略。
燕宝资产转让协议的条款及其项下订明的代价乃由订约方通过公平磋商而达致。燕宝资产转让协议项下的暂定代价乃基于卖方提供的目标资产于2025年3月31日的账面值而厘定，燕宝资产转让协议项下的最终代价可能会根据订约方完成的盘点及价值确认而进一步厘定及调整，且不会超过人民币329万元。
