智通财经APP讯，红星美凯龙(01528)公布2025年第一季度业绩，营业收入约16.15亿元，同比减少23.49%;归属于母公司所有者的净损失约5.13亿元，同比增长38.2%;基本每股亏损0.12元。
公告称，业绩变动主要系受总体经济环境波动影响，公司持续投放稳商留商优惠，单位租金收入有所下降;同时，商场数量相比去年同期有所减少;且本公司其他业务板块项目数量减少，进度放缓，综合导致公司营业收入同比下滑。
本期财务费用有所下降，主要是公司相关融资成本下降所致。
投资性房地产公允价值变动损失变动主要系公司为了支持商户经营，持续投放稳商留商优惠，单位租金收入有所下降，相应的，投资性房地产出现公允价值下降。本期公允价值变动损失为人民币4.76亿元，较去年同期的人民币3.24亿元有所增加，主要都是由公允价值波动导致的。
