星链对手来了，亚马逊发射首批27颗“柯伊伯”互联网卫星

凤凰网科技讯 北京时间4月29日，当地时间周一，亚马逊公司“柯伊伯计划”的首批27颗互联网卫星发射升空。这些卫星将与埃隆·马斯克(Elon Musk)的星链竞争。
美国东部时间周一19:01分(北京时间周二7:01分)，亚马逊的互联网卫星搭载美国发射联盟的宇宙神5号运载火箭(Atlas V)，从佛罗里达州卡纳维拉尔角太空军基地发射升空。亚马逊原计划在4月9日发射这批卫星，但因天气糟糕而取消。
这些卫星预计将在距离地球表面约280英里的圆形轨道上与火箭分离，届时亚马逊将验证卫星能否自主变轨并与地面工作人员建立通信。随后，卫星的推进系统将逐步将轨道高度提升至393英里。
六年前，亚马逊公布了在近地轨道部署互联网通信卫星星座的项目，即“柯伊伯计划”。该服务将直接与马斯克的星链项目竞争，后者目前主导着互联网卫星市场，在轨卫星数量已达到8000颗。
亚马逊在2020年曾向美国联邦通信委员会(FCC)表示，在首批578颗卫星部署完成后将开始提供服务。该公司现在表示，预计将在今年晚些时候为用户提供互联网连接。(作者/箫雨)
