智通财经APP讯，喜相逢集团(02473)发布公告，集团全资附属公司喜相逢低空综合服务(福建)有限公司于2025年4月于中国注册成立并取得营业执照，计划开展低空经济相关综合服务业务、无人机销售及租赁服务，以及低空经济有关投资业务。
董事会认为，低空经济行业具有庞大的市场潜力，“无人机+”应用逐渐落地，在物流、清洗、植保、救援、航测、巡检等应用领域有着广阔的市场需求。集团将提供无人机销售业务、无人机短期、长期租赁服务等多样化的供应链服务解决方案，以满足“无人机+”各应用领域用户的需求。此外，集团将适时投资优质的无人机相关企业，战略性布局无人机产业链。集团将以上述无人机业务为切入点积极进军低空经济领域。
董事会认为，此举将拓宽集团业务多元化，从而提升集团的综合竞争优势。
