智通财经APP获悉，迪生创建(00113)复牌高开近44%，截至发稿，涨43.93%，报6.88港元，成交额168.22万港元。
消息面上，迪生创建发布公告称，获大股东、集团执行主席兼执行董事潘迪生旗下的Bestcity Assets Limited透过安排计划方式提出私有化，作价为每股7.2港元，较股份于最后交易日在香港联交所收市价每股4.78港元溢价约50.63%。倘若私有化计划生效，所有计划股份均将被注销，迪生创建将于紧随计划生效后，申请撤销于香港联交所的上市地位。
