【王海河任国海证券新董事长】金十数据4月29日讯，国海证券4月28日晚发布公告，董事会选举王海河为公司第十届董事会董事长、法定代表人。本月早前，何春梅因工作调动辞去董事长及相关职务。根据履历，王海河1979年2月出生，曾在国家开发银行广西分行、国家开发银行办公厅及风险管理局任职，在广投集团风控、法律、巡察、协同等多部门担任管理人员，先后任广西金控资产管理有限公司董事长、国富人寿保险股份有限公司董事长。2025年4月至今担任国海证券党委书记。
