SG Fleet Group (ASX:SGF) said its acquisition by Westmann Bidco, an entity controlled by private markets fund manager Pacific Equity Partners, via a scheme of arrangement was implemented and became effective, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.
Shareholders, excluding certain management shareholders who opted for scrip consideration, received AU$3.50 apiece per share held on the record date of April 23, the filing said.
SGF intends to apply for its removal from the official list of the Australian Securities Exchange at the close of trading on Thursday, the filing added.
