比推消息，据香港商报报道，美图创办人蔡文胜以约 6.5 亿港元买入天后全幢商厦，此次交易标的为天后道银座式商厦亨环·天后（PARK AURA），该物业于 2020 年落成，楼高 25 层（地下至 24 楼），单层面积约 2041 平方呎，总楼面面积约 5.3 万平方呎。
