消息面上，中金公司表示，24年外卖折扣力度增加、外卖占比提升拖累加盟商盈利，为提升加盟商盈利能力，古茗自24年起开启回归堂食动作，包括外卖涨价提升到手率、提升产品品质、堂食品类聚焦及时推新等，外卖占比当前回归至40%以内健康水平。25年公司将持续聚焦堂食，有望1)推出学生实体打折卡以促进学生群体持续到店消费；2)增加早餐场景，推广咖啡及烘焙产品增加早间时段到店消费，当前配备咖啡机门店达约7000家。25年公司将聚焦门店加密，填补空白市场、夯实现有市场竞争优势。25年公司将以传统市场加密为主，重点聚焦两湖两广和安徽五大市场。考虑古茗独特的区域加密模型，在单一区域更密的门店具有更强的聚合效应，该行预计老店同店亦有望保持稳健提升态势。
