Kyushu Electric Power's (TYO:9508) attributable profit fell 22.6% year on year to 128.77 billion yen for the fiscal year ended March 31.
Earnings per share for the period were 260.14 yen, compared to 342.30 yen from a year ago.
Net sales jumped 10.2% year on year to 2.357 trillion yen.
Kyushu Electric declared a final dividend of 25 yen per share, according to a Wednesday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
For the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026, the power company forecasts attributable profit of 120 billion yen, or EPS of 241.67 yen. Net sales are projected to drop 4.5% to 2.25 trillion yen.
