Weiye Holdings (HKG:1570) widened its attributable loss in 2024 to 311.3 million yuan from 52.6 million yuan in 2023, according to a Wednesday filing with the Hong Kong Exchange.
Loss per share was 1.5872 yuan, up from 0.2683 yuan a year earlier.
Revenue for the year from continuing operations fell 97% to 43.1 million yuan from 1.53 billion yuan in the prior year.
Following the publication of its annual results, the property developer has applied to the Hong Kong bourse to resume trading in its shares from Friday, May 2. Trading was suspended on April 1.
