【德国国有银行KfW投资1000万欧元购买加密债券】金色财经报道，德国国有银行及数字债券发行方KfW宣布投资1000万欧元购买Berlin Hyp发行的区块链抵押债券Pfandbrief，该债券是德国首个根据《电子证券法》（eWpG）发行的“加密证券”，通过SWIAT区块链平台发行，无需中央证券托管机构（CSD），据悉本次购买交易由DekaBank担任做市商和托管人，通过场外交易完成结算。
