Staude Capital Global Value Fund (ASX: GVF) appointed Staude Capital (SCP) as its new investment manager, replacing Mirabella Financial Services, effective May 1, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.
Staude Capital, formed by GVF's portfolio manager and head of corporate affairs, holds its own Australian Financial Services License and is directly regulated by both the UK's Financial Conduct Authority and Australia's Securities and Investments Commission, the filing said.
The new agreement with SCP maintains the same commercial terms as the previous arrangement with Mirabella, the filing added.
GVF's board believes the change will streamline operations and provide more direct oversight of its investment portfolio.
