Quantum Computing (QUBT) said Wednesday it was awarded a subcontract of up to $406,478 by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration's Langley Research Center to develop a quantum computing technique for the removal of solar noise from space light detection and ranging, or LIDAR, data.
The period of performance under the subcontract ends May 31, 2026, the company said.
Shares of the company were down 4.3% in recent trading.
