(NYSE: PGRE) has announced the signing of a significant lease agreement with Benesch, Friedlander, Coplan & Aronoff LLP for 121,000 square feet of office space at 1301 Avenue of the Americas in Midtown Manhattan. The lease, which spans 16.5 years, includes approximately 30,000 square feet of short-term space. This agreement brings the 1.8 million square-foot Class A office building to 90% occupancy. The building, designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, offers direct access to Rockefeller Center and features amenities such as the exclusive Paramount Club for tenants. The deal highlights the resilience and resurgence of the New York office market.
