Eli Lilly (LLY) shares declined nearly 5% after the company cut its 2025 adjusted earnings per share guidance.
CVS Health (CVS) shares rose past 8% after the company reported higher Q1 adjusted earnings and revenue and raised its 2025 adjusted EPS outlook.
Becton, Dickinson (BDX) shares declined nearly 6% after the company lowered its 2025 adjusted earnings per share forecast.
