Shares of power producers fell, as traders rotated out of the sector following a strong run.
The SPDR Select Sector Utilities exchange-traded fund, which tracks the utilities industry group of the S&P 500, fell 0.4%, but remains 3.5% higher for the year to date, in contrast to a 5% loss for the broad S&P 500.
