Water technology company De.mem (ASX:DEM) appointed Andreas Hendrik as non-executive chairman, effective Thursday, according to a same-day filing with the Australian bourse.
Hendrik most recently served as the chief executive of Asia Pacific for Fresenius Medical Care, the filing stated.
