4月29日，科拓通讯向港交所递交了招股书，计划在主板挂牌上市；由中金公司和民银资本担任联席保荐人。据资料显示，科拓通讯曾两次冲击深交所创业板，但最终都未能如愿上市，如今转战港交所。
科拓通讯是中国智慧停车空间运营行业的领导者及先行者。以人工智能和数据驱动为锚点，深度参与推动城市停车数智化转型。自2006年成立以来，科拓通讯已发展成为集数智化解决方案、数智化管理及数智化经营为一体的综合性停车产业集团，根据灼识咨询报告，科拓通讯是中国智慧停车空间运营行业最早一批实现“硬件 — 算法 — 平台 — 生态”全栈式自主可控的企业。根据同一份报告，按2024年的收入计算，科拓通讯在中国智慧停车空间运营行业亦是第二名。
业绩方面，截至2024年12月31日止年度，科拓通讯录得收益约7.995亿元人民币(单位下同)，同比增长约8.3%；净利润约8670.9万元，同比略减约0.4%。
