于2025年4月24日(星期四)下午四时正，即最后接纳时间，已接获合共23份有效接纳及申请，涉及合共4.99亿股供股股份，相当于根据供股提呈的供股股份总数约93.53%。
于记录日期，并无不合资格股东，而不合资格股东未出售供股股份数目为零。根据上市规则第7.21(1)(b)条，公司已作出安排，透过向承配人提呈发售该等未获认购供股股份方式出售3454万股未获认购供股股份，利益归相关不行动股东所有。公司不会就供股作出额外申请安排。
配售事项将于2025年5月6日(星期二)开始，并将不迟于2025年5月8日(星期四)下午四时正结束。
