Upstart Holdings (UPST) said Friday that it has entered into a one-year partnership with Walmart's (WMT) majority-owned fintech company OneProgress Services.
Financial details of the partnership were not disclosed.
Upstart said the partnership will allow it to market consumer lending products to Walmart's customer base.
Upstart said it expects the partnership to have no material impact on its financial condition or results of operations in fiscal 2025.
