Odaily星球日报讯 欧盟正式通过《反洗钱条例》（AMLR），将自 2027 年 7 月 1 日起禁止所有金融机构与加密服务商提供匿名加密账户或钱包，并全面禁用隐私币（如 Monero、Zcash、Dash）交易。新规还要求超 1000 欧元的加密交易必须执行强制身份验证，并设立新监管机构 AMLA 直接监管大型加密平台。（Cointelegraph）
