中指研究院公布最新数据显示，4月百城新建住宅均价为每平方米16,764元人民币(下同)，受部分城市优质改善项目入市带动，按月结构性上涨0.14%，按年上涨2.50%。
二手房方面，核心城市二手房市场维持一定活跃度，但在挂牌量较高情况下，“以价换量”仍是市场主流，4月百城二手住宅均价为每平方米13,892元，按月下跌0.69%，按年下跌7.23%。
中指院公布《2025年1-4月中国房地产企业销售业绩排行榜》显示，2025年首四个月，百强房企销售总额为1.12万亿元，按年下降10.2%，降幅与首季基本持平。4月单月计，百强房企销售额按年下降16.9%，较3月单月降幅有所扩大。
此外，中指院最新发布《2025年1-4月全国房地产企业拿地TOP100排行榜》显示，2025年首四个月，百强企业拿地总额3,608亿元，按年增长26.6%，增幅较上月减少4个百分点。4月热点城市土拍热度持续，22个城市首四个月住宅用地土地出让金按年增长超过四成，录得增长主房企对优质地皮的激烈争夺，亦反映出核心区域的土地价值。从新增货值显示，绿城中国(03900.HK) 、中国金茂(00817.HK) 和保利发展(600048.SH) 位列前三位。(ta/w)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。沽空资料截至 2025-04-30 16:25。) (A股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
