5 月 2 日消息，微软自今年 3 月起移除 Windows 11 中的 BYPASSNRO 脚本，强制要求设备联网激活，此举在微软论坛和社交媒体上引发诸多用户不满。

用户不满的主要在于使用体验降低和成本增加。有用户提到在无联网状态下，装机后无法激活进入桌面；用户 C:Amie 抱怨绑定微软账户后，系统强制更新耗时长达 20 分钟。还有用户指出部分工作场景禁止电脑联网，且企业版许可证成本高，升级到企业版需额外支付费用，离线激活还需昂贵的 KMS 服务器，中小企业负担重。

此外，微软账户强制要求与 Windows 11 功能更新中的 BitLocker 加密默认设置有关，有Reddit用户批评 BitLocker 自动启用可能导致数据丢失风险，且普通用户对此毫无准备，微软“默认安全”策略被质疑忽视用户实际需求。

目前，移除 BYPASSNRO 仍处于测试阶段，用户仍有机会向微软表达反对意见。
