　　巴菲特表示，他通常不会涉足房地产交易，因为与股票交易相比，这类投资存在更多的不确定性因素。房地产交易中的谈判耗时较长，而且通常要与单个业主打交道，而这些业主出售房产往往是重大决策，等等。
