CSE Global's (SGX:544) indirect wholly owned subsidiary, CSE Crosscom USA, acquired all the issued and outstanding equity interests of Chicago Communications.
The company paid $8.5 million to acquire Chicago Communications from Cynthia Anne Glashagel Trust and Kurt T. Hessler, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Thursday.
The move is part of the group's strategy to expand and grow its communications businesses in the infrastructure industry markets.
Following the acquisition, which closed on April 30, Chicago Communications has become an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of the company.
Shares of the company were up over 1% in recent trading.
