　　2025年巴菲特股东大会于美国当地时间5月3日举行。在被问及对资本配置（尤其是新业务投资）的看法时，阿贝尔表示伯克希尔遵循着一套坚实的价值观，其中维护现有声誉至关重要。

　　他回应道：“我们的管理团队——包括沃伦、查理和所有业务伙伴——传承下来的价值观，为伯克希尔奠定了光明的未来。其中有几条绝对核心的准则。”

　　阿贝尔指出，首要准则是坚守既有的传统。“第一，我们将始终维护伯克希尔及旗下企业的声誉。无论是投资决策还是业务运营，这永远是我们的首要考量，我们会时刻铭记。”

　　他强调的其他核心价值包括：保持强劲的资产负债表。阿贝尔称公司当前“庞大的现金储备”是未来可调动的“巨大战略资产”，使伯克希尔无需依赖银行或外部机构即可获得成功。

　　此外，正确理解和管理风险至关重要，同时要确保旗下运营企业“持续创造可观现金流”。

　　“这六十年来沃伦和团队践行的投资哲学与资本配置原则，”他补充道，“本质上不会改变，也将是我们未来的行动纲领。”
