你可以相信Intel独立显卡！第三代Xe3已进入预验证
快科技5月4日消息，残酷的竞争和现状让很多人担心Intel显卡做不下去了，但是第二代B500系列的出现终于让人心安，只不过更高端的B700系列一直没有下文，这和Intel、AMD从高到低的打法完全不同。
不过好消息传来，代号Celestial的第三代显卡Xe3，已经有了新的突破。
根据从Intel员工职业文件挖掘出来的信息显示，针对Xe3独立显卡的底层系统软件和设备驱动，已经在开发中，使用的是C++语言。
同时，用于xe3显卡的电源管理单元的预芯片硬件模型，也已经建立起来，并完成了从Ruby语言向C/C++语言的启动、重启信号路径的迁移。
虽然都只是一些局部开发工作，但无疑证明，Xe3仍在正常推进中。
综合来看，Xe3已经进入预验证阶段，主要是基于硬件模拟的最终调整，首批芯片样品的生产可能很快就会开始。
Intel Fellow、Xe显卡发言人Tom Peterson此前曾确认，Xe3的设计和开发工作已经完成，正在等待首批芯片样品。
从最初的路线图来看，Xe3应该能达到Intel、AMD高端显卡的水准。
