Amcor Fiscal Adjusted Q3 Earnings Rise, Revenue Falls

Amcor (AMCR) reported fiscal Q3 adjusted earnings late Wednesday of $0.18 per diluted share, up from $0.178 a year earlier.

Four analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.18.

Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was $3.33 billion, down from $3.41 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $3.47 billion.

The company narrowed 2025 adjusted EPS guidance to $0.72 to $0.74 from $0.72 to $0.76.

The company maintained its quarterly dividend at $0.1275 a share, payable June 10 to holders of record May 22.
