Austin Engineering Says Handover Period for CEO-Designate Begins

Austin Engineering (ASX:ANG) said that a handover period for its chief executive officer-designate, Sybrandt Van Dyk, began on Thursday, according to a same-day Australian bourse filing.

Van Dyk will take over as CEO and Managing Director on July 1, succeeding David Singleton, who will retire on June 30, the filing said.

Van Dyk will serve as executive director for the handover period.
