California BanCorp (BCAL) said Friday that its board has increased its share buyback program to 1.6 million shares, up from 550,000 when the program was announced in June of 2023.
California BanCorp said the increase allows for the buyback of 4.9% of its shares.
The company said no stock has yet been repurchased through the original or expanded buyback program.
