Solstice Minerals (ASX:SLS) began a first reverse-circulation drilling program at the Statesman Well prospect within the company's Yarri gold project in Western Australia, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.
The program will target an over one-kilometer-long zone of oxide gold mineralization that was struck in historical drilling. Roughly 2,000 meters of drilling are planned across 20 holes, the filing said.
Upon drill completion, the mineral explorer will conduct a 1,000-meter infill drilling at the Bluetooth gold prospect, the filing stated.
