格隆汇5月2日丨世纪娱乐国际(00959.HK)发布公告，杨佩娴及袁升玮已分别辞任独立非执行董事职务，自2025年5月1日起生效。杨女士基于个人工作安排而辞任独立非执行董事、董事会薪酬委员会主席、董事会审核委员会成员及董事会提名委员会成员职务。袁先生基于个人工作安排而辞任独立非执行董事、董事会审核委员会主席及董事会合规委员会成员职务。
黄润滨及Michael Tan Defensor已获董事会委任为独立非执行董事，自2025年5月1日起生效。邓可嘉及Zeng Zhibo由非执行董事调任为执行董事，自2025年5月1日起生效。
