　　周五，爱彼迎（ABNB）股价小幅回落。此前一天，这家度假短租平台警告称，经济形势正促使消费者削减旅游支出。

　　在发布第一季度业绩的同时，该公司在致股东的一封信中表示：“在美国，我们看到业绩相对疲软，我们认为这在很大程度上是由更广泛的经济不确定性所导致的。” 爱彼迎解释称，目前预计其第二季度平均每日房价（ADR） “与去年同期大致持平”，调整后的息税折旧摊销前利润（EBITDA）利润率 “持平或略有下降”。

　　第一季度，该公司公布每股收益为 0.24 美元，营收增长 6%，达到 22.7 亿美元。这两项数据均略高于 Visible Alpha 的预测。

　　爱彼迎指出，营收增长主要得益于 “入住晚数的稳健增长”。预订的入住晚数和体验活动数量增长了 8%，达到 1.431 亿。

　　2025 年以来，爱彼迎股价已下跌约 6%。
