消息面上，盛业近日发布特别股息派发建议公告。公司计划于2025年5月16日召开董事会，并建议向全体股东派发总额不低于6亿元（人民币，下同）的特别股息，进一步增强股东回报能力和提升公司投资价值。此前，盛业董事会已在2024年年度业绩公告中，建议向全体股东派发2024年度末期股息每股0.347元，派息总额约3.4亿元，派息率为90%。叠加本次特别股息分红，盛业在2025年派发的股息总额预计将不低于9.4亿元。
据悉，该公司自主研发的“盛易通云平台”已与 DeepSeek、Qwen等国产AI大模型深度融合，利用大数据分析、大模型推理、AI Agent等科技手段，高效实现优质资产与普惠资金精准匹配，并输出营销获客、智能验收系统、进销存管理等增值服务。当前，盛业聚焦服务基建工程、医药医疗以及大宗商品等国家支柱行业，并积极拓展电商、机器人、智算服务等战略性新兴产业，潜在的市场规模合计超过10万亿元，潜在的客户数量合计超过1000万家，为平台科技服务收入的进一步增长奠定基础。
