韩国反垄断监管机构周五表示，已决定对Facebook和Instagram的运营商Meta Platforms处以罚款，理由是该公司违反了韩国的消费者保护法。

　　韩国公平交易委员会（FTC）称，Meta被处以600万韩元（约合4176美元）的罚款，并被勒令采取必要措施，以符合《电子商务消费者保护法》。

　　韩国公平交易委员会表示，这家总部位于美国的公司未能履行法律规定的保护消费者的义务，未告知电子商务卖家他们在消费者保护法下的义务，并鼓励他们遵守这些义务。

　　这家美国公司还被指控没有为消费者建立纠纷解决系统，没有建立核实卖家基本身份信息的程序，也没有在服务条款中明确平台的消费者保护责任。

　　韩国公平交易委员会表示，已命令Meta在180天内解决这些问题，为其平台上的电商交易创造一个更安全的环境。
