Greenvale Energy Taps Monash University for Queensland Project Test Program

Greenvale Energy (ASX:GRV) re-engaged Monash University to start liquefaction test program 7 for its Alpha Torbanite project in Queensland, at a budgeted cost of AU$622,000, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.

The program aims to produce bulk samples under optimized conditions from test program 6, carried out by the University of Jordan, the filing said.

The bulk samples will be sent to New Zealand for identification and product certification, per the filing.

Greenvale Energy shares rose 2% in midday trade Friday.
