TA Corp. (SGX:PA3) was granted an extension of time by the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) to hold its annual general meeting for 2024 by June 29 and publish its statements for 2024 by July 30, according to a Friday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Trading in the company's shares has been voluntarily suspended since July 17, 2023.
