汇丰控股(00005.HK) 今早(2日)于联交所发公告指，自2017年10月起出任集团主席的杜嘉祺，已知会董事会，拟于2025年底前退任集团主席职位。
杜嘉祺表示，能够以主席身份领导汇丰是莫大殊荣，衷心感谢董事会、管理层和同事们对他的信任和支持。凭借过去八年多以来奠定的稳固基础，他深信汇丰将在首席执行官艾桥智的领导下不断壮大。
汇控透露，董事会下设提名及企业管治委员会已展开程序，遴选继杜嘉祺之后的下任集团主席。有关程序由高级独立非执行董事高安贤领导。高安贤表示，董事会正透过审慎程序，遴选最佳人才以领导董事会，及于汇丰下一阶段的发展和增长中，支持集团艾桥智和更广泛的管理团队。杜嘉祺将于主席继任程序进行期间，继续担任集团首席执行官和董事会的策略顾问。(js/j)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。沽空资料截至 2025-04-30 16:25。)
